Description

When worn, the Circlet of Intellect sets the wearer's intelligence score to 19. If their intelligence is already greater or equal ot that, it does nothing.

History

It was found in the waystone circle in one of the buildings. Aella put it on briefly and immediately calmed down. Later, she gave it to Aster saying it would suit them well.
