Wallingsor
Wallingsor is a small costal village off the Long Route on the coast of Vekora.
Description
Wallingsor is a town so small everyone knows everyone and the reasons for visiting only really added up to the number three. Either you're a merchant insisting on stopping anywhere remotely adjacent to the Long Route, you're docking your ship without prior plans for repair or refuge from a storm, or you are seeking out The Estrelles Forge.
Sitting between marshes and woods, mostly everything the people of Wallingsor need are right on the small patch of land they call home, having one each of what cities would have many of. One school house, one tavern, one general store and so on. Even only having space for one large vessel to dock in Wallingsor Harbor.
The people are a welcoming but weary group, visitors are met with kindness but don’t take kindly to arrivals without purpose. A visitor might also feel quite out of place when in Wallingsor though, when everyone knows everyone an unfamiliar face sticks out tremendously.

Notable Locations
The Estrelles Forge
The Estrelles Forge is one of the few reasons one might seek out Wallingsor. Two separate buildings on the northern side of the town at the base of Estrelles Point. A Smithy and a shop that sits just down the road by the harbor. These two buildings are some of the oldest in Wallingsor and the Estrelles family has been passing on their knowledge of the forge for generations.
Wallingsor Harbor
As bustling as a population under sixty can make it, the Wallingsor harbor is the heart of the little town. Fishermen coming and going as those with them tend to their shops. Everyone goes about their routine as children run to and from the school house and the shore. The only exception to the waterfront's everyday being a larger ship docked in the small harbor.
There is only room for one vessel to dock in the harbor, but Wallingsor usually isn’t a planned destination for traveling ships. A need for shelter from a storm, a stop for a repair, or a small trade vessel would bring the infrequent surprise visitors to the small town. These were always a big deal for everyone in Wallingsor. Visitors brought trade, stories and filled the one tavern / town hall / event space that the residents shared.
Black Rock Beach
On the Northern Edge of town, between the cliff faces of Estrelles point and the muddy ground of the Ambush Marshes that represent the stopping point of what is Wallingsor, sits a sandy shoreline were the waves of the Turquoise ocean crash to the land. Black Rock beach gets its names from the black stone obelisk that rises out of the water off the south end of the shore. With it being only a few minutes of swimming from shore it is at the center of many older kids games as a dare to swim out and touch the stone.
Silver Shell Light and Fields
Rising above the south side of the entrance to Wallingsor harbor is the Sliver Shell light. Warning close vessels of the shallow rocks that populate the water under The Titan Cliffs. The small lighthouse is run by its keeper and can be seen from anywhere in Wallingsor.
It’s passed by anyone who makes their way to The Silver Shell Fields, a grassy felid that sits atop of The Titan Cliffs. The field where the residents of Wallingsor bury their dead.
The Allorann Pass
If traveling by land, The Allorann Pass is the only way in or out of Wallingsor. Unless one wants to trek through The Allorann Woods and risk becoming a creature’s next meal they will take the pass for around three days or so to make it through the woods to the Long Route.
