• Dust settles and we hear voices outside and thunks coming from the entry
• We hear the sound of splintering wood

  • From the hand the grabbed the orb, his fingertips and going to his hand and slightly up the fur is darkened
• Quill is looking around the corner stealthily
  • Meph follows slightly with a no blast radius bomb to throw at any non humanoid or gog
  • He swears he sees an axe blade slinging through the door
• Meph hears Taoltetoth
  • She yells “It’s Meph and the rest of the morkoth crew, aaaaaaaaa don’t hurt us”
  • The Halfling responds(SHE HAS A SOUTHERN ACCENT!!!)
• Calwyn walks in with an axe and shortly after Vasalor walks in and asked if anyone is dead, we tell him about the paralyzed
  • Calwyn said the night terrors have still been an issue
• Marem Gren, Taoltetoth, the drow, Calwyn and Vasalor are all here
• Marem Gren is taking the skiffs from the generated Armide
• We move and drag the stone people to the skiffs
  • One on each skiff with rope and holding
  • While we load them up, we see the rest of the Reavers present fighting off 5 or 6 night terrors
• The wind is picking up and we see some sort of storm blowing and there seems to be some sort of electrical discharge in it
  • We start leaving
• Quill sees and feels a charge building in in the clouds
  • He yells “guys lightning in, a, now!!”
    • Both Calwyn Wrkua and Taoltetoth swerve as lightning makes glass in front of us
• Con saves from Calwyn, Dorian, Gelv and Aster
  • As a bolt swings by overhead, most are able to resist but Dorian takes some thunder damage
  • Gelv is going to grab Dorian’s hand before he falls off the ship
• Quill notices another bolt forming and drivers swerve
  • The bolt strikes up and shards of glass rain down from the sky
• “The snack that lightning back, blue fish!”
• Visibility starts dropping around the back skiffs
• Dorian casts dancing lights and puts them on the 3 nearest skiffs
  • Maeve casts light on her shield
  • Gelvrever reaches out with his hand and grabs a hold of it, he changes it to a reddish glow and releases it again
  • Aster adds more to the last two skiffs
• Dorian takes a look behind
  • At the nucleus of the storm system, he can see a humanoid figure keeping pace with the ship, he vaugly recognizes the silhouette
  • Its probably the speaker of Sonoth
    • “Less than ideal”-Vasalor
• A swirl comes out from the storm towards the right most skiff
  • Astraea molds a ramp for the skiff, it goes into the air
    • The drow throws Quill gets thrown onto the skiff with Aster on it
    • The skiff with the drow swings off to the right a bit while the sand that was above it smashes down on nothing
• Dorian throws 3 of his dancing lights towards the guy and puts them behind him trying to back light him so we can make out his silhouette better
  • Quill takes a shot at him just to see if it does much, it hits
    • We see a light go out near the top of the cloud and we hear a shout and then a thump
      • We think he was actively holding on to a bolt of lightning
• The rest of the ride doesn’t pass uneventfully, there are a bunch of night terrors that either get run over or obliterated by a reaver and it takes us about another 3 vigils to get back to the Armide
• Vasalor tells Meph to “take them to the office”
  • We begrudgingly enter his office, he is sitting behind his desk with Coraz on his lap
  • He pulls out a piece of parchment and makes a pros and cons thing for all five things
  • Air
    • pros: we can breathe there easily, might be spread thin because of war so it might be easier to smash them and steal the shard, might be most willing ally
    • cons: need a mode of transportation
  • Water
    • cons: need to be able to breathe
  • Earth
    • pros: we might have a point of contact with the advocatus
    • cons: we don't want to be Earth
  • Fire
    • pros: might be easiest to survive
    • cons: requires fireproofing
  • Smith
    • pros: possibly no destabilization of planes
    • cons: have to deal with a volcano, might let out a very dangerous person

• We want to wait to make a decision until we have our whole party
• Aster casts find familiar and lays Clara on Aella’s shoulder and tells her to watch over her
• Aella and Lya become unstone
  • Aellas color slowly fades in, Lya unstones, she is actively bleeding
  • Lya cuts off her pinky, Meph cauterizes it and wraps it in cloth
  • Aella is in her own head, she says she cant hear her
    • She holds Aster and asks if they got hurt, Aster lies that they were not hurt, Aella holds them tighter because high insight
  • “Is this the eggs again”
• We are experimenting with Lya’s finger
  • Maeve slaps Lya
  • Dorian casts vicious mockery and is super on the nose about her being a horrible guard and being the reason her princess is gone
    • Dorian apologies and pat pat hugs her, she is blue now
  • The finger is not blue
  • Lya touches it, it stays the same
  • The finger is starting to go into rigor mortis
    • Aella casts gentle repose

  • Meph grafts Lya’s finger onto her hand and gives her finger in a vial of saline to Lya
    • It is still Rorange
• We go to check to see if the other two people that were stone are gone now
  • There is a large group of people around where we put one of them and the other one is still a statue
  • Henum and Meph chat for a bit
  • The crowd closes in more and Meph backs out finds a corner and goes back into fetal position, “as normal”
• There is a Vasalor at the top of the stairs waiting
  • “I will never approach Vasalor”-Annabelle
  • Aella walks up to Vasalor, Aster and Lya follow
    • “We need to talk”-Aella
    • They go into his office, Aella asked him if he has Prestidigitation, he says to go talk to Tila
    • Aella thinks she wants to learn more about the Smith, the location they are and why they are called that
    • Aella thinks we should choose 2 planes to get information from and decide from there
      • Maeve and Aella would prefer to not interfere with Water
    • We are starting to think the best/first step forwards is to talk to the advocatus
