  • Daisy Daisy asked if he noticed anything weird happen before hand, it was a normal watch and a crack went through the wall, they were trying to seal it up from the inside and it gave way
  • Glelvrever asked what this is, she doesn't know
  • they dipped they head between their knees and mumble something they don't understand, reasonably sure it's some sort of rushed prayer of some kind
  • “Um, I take that back, nevermind”-G
  • She asked if they have any idea on what this could be, any stories or anything
    • They have no tales of this but worlds beyond comprehension are familiar for their kind
    • Daisy Daisy is unfamiliar with these kinds of odd worlds
    • The iron throne gives them certainty in their destination at the end of all things, and in that they find solace in the worst of times
    • Fancy word in G’s tongue, starts with an M, it translates roughly to the Iron Throne apparently
    • G shouldn't be here, they say that Daisy Daisy shares a sort of brotherhood with the party and that they don't share, like bricks in a wall standing together instead of apart
    • Rubble is more resilient than structured mortar 
    • Daisy Daisy hopes they find their place but also hopes that they can find a way out
    • They have sworn to Daisy Daisy an oath and it will not be broken, it is their honor to fulfill that duty

      • G ’in some ways I look forward to it, it will return me to my people’ ‘I will see my comrades again anyway, our war isn't over’ ‘it seems like yours isn't either’

  • The conversation descends into uncomfortable silence
• Aella watch now
  • Aella spends the first 15 minutes of her watch, sulking, wiping her shield and listening to the screeches above 
  • Aella sits near Maeve, trying to make sure she is known
  • Sorry bestie, my party trauma dumped on you, essentially
  • Aella saying that she doesn't need to trust us, we don't have to be enemies, Maeve doesn’t want to fight anybody
  • Aella tells Maeve to tell her what her home is like, if she is comfortable
    • She is by the sea, its nice, shes tired, she kind of woke up in the middle of the night, her family is there, it's not here
    • Aella says that supposedly we won't be here much longer, she says that going through the stone is the start of the end
    • “You can be safe here”-Aella 
    • They finally exchanged names
    • “And did somebody say you were a princess?”-Maeve
      • “I used to be” - Aella
    • Aella says that all she really has now is her sister
  • Aella walks off back to her area again
  • Aella has said “you’re safe” like 3 times this conversation
  • More awkward silence
  • She prays some different prayers for the rest of her watch, just trying to figure out what the fuck is going on
  • Towards the end of her watch, she says to Maeve to not talk about this with the others
• Quill time!!
  • He wakes up, spends some time waking up and sits in a corner
  • He is kind of just looking at Maeve confused
  • He gets up and starts to walk over, he plops down close, too close probably
  • “So you said to didn't cast any magic or anything” introduces himself again
  • He tells her that when she appeared something happened to him
  • He’s not trying to be threatening but he is pretty threatening
  • Quill just threatens Maeve a lot
  • He felt a little crushing feeling in his chest when he had his bow aimed at her
  • Maeve doesn't know how that would have happened
  • Quill is going through his cop arc
  • Quill is definitely still looking visibly confused, Maeve also looks confused but she is also falling asleep
  • The thing behind the stone is breathing again, theres almost a hitch to it now, its not as rhythmic, Maeve falls asleep while Quill looks at the stone
  • Quill tells Dorian about the breathing
  • He finishes his watch and goes to bed

• The wind is still going, it picked up more as the night

• Quill and Mariana saw more obelisks when they walking that were jade
• Aella and Daisy Daisy ask Glelvrever what he did in the army, he was part of what was called the fatal axe, sort of a command but not high up there
• Looking at the wall pictures again
  • Based on how it's laid out, the artists rendering this image were probably on the same side as those of the cloaked figures
  • Mariana is looking at the cloaked figures, closer to the biggest figure on the wall, it seems less to resemble a cloak and more of a long serpent lower body
  • She wants to see if she knows anything about snake people
    • The first thing she thinks of is Nagas, they might be part of the mythology of her kingdom, enormous serpents that come into being either helping or destroying civilizations but these are something else 
    • Naga are typically giant snakes with humanoid faces but these are giant snakes with humanoid upper bodies, they seem possibly similar to Nagas, so probably impossible or hard to kill
    • They arent natural, almost not natural in the way that the lobster was, if this were a natural creature, it is not something that is found today
    • The depictions share a similarity to the artwork of Yuan-ti but they aren't immediately relevant to her kingdom, this is reminiscent though of a similar form of deification
    • There are big buildings but they don't match the original spire
    • The Large creatures remind her of something, it would probably be best to ask someone else
    • Almost if you were to take orchestra and give him wings, humanoid, and a range of different depictions of them, all large like sets of different kinds
    • The bird people are allies of the serpentine 
    • Likely Yuan-Ti and Aarakocra vs various types of Giant (i.e. fire, cloud, etc) (characters don't know the exact terminology of these races but it's good to keep in mind)
• Quill, Mist, Aster, and Daisy Daisy are looking through the rubble in the room
  • Initial search, a lot of this is just how the room has followed the disarray
  • On the ceiling, right at the edge of the whole section that has collapsed, there seems to be the start of some sort of design
• Quill felt a pang in his chest, it came on very suddenly and then just left
• Aella is checking to make sure he is ok
  • There is no physical injuries on Quill other than those he has acquired in the recent days
  • It seems like there is some sort of internal thing, like some sort of rhythm fell off
  • Aella casts detect magic, there is nothing wrong magically with Quill
  • She looks at Maeve as well, she looks for a bit
  • She looked at Glelvrever as well
• Aella is going over to Maeve who is standing in one of the corners

• Maeve made Mist a dagger with a shell on it like the shell with Aella’s money

  • On the box are scenes drawn similarly to the drawing on the wall
  • There are scenes like kids on a shore line, glowing hearths, Mave recognizes scenes, not all of them but most of them, there are scenes of stuff that feel like they havent happened yet
  • In the center point of the box, there is a slightly recessed section of a unrelated scene
  • Its like Maeve at the head of the table, at a forge, working with another person at the forge, at a table with little person, on the beach with little person
  • There are tragedies interspersed
  • Maeve saw a comet a few years ago, like 5 or 6 years ago, it was like a regular comet
  • Corellon’s lance fired 162 years ago, a very large Auvreanddarian weapon, everyone on the planet would have seen some sort of light or comet or something
  • Maeve had heard that a princess ran away for like a month or something and then she came back. It was a while ago, the current ruler's aunt was the princess . The sister of the “current” rulers parent is the one who came back
