The Tempest Queen is a dead elven goddess whose body is floating within the Astral Sea. Her skull is big enough to house the Morkoth's lair, though she is not happy about its presence and wants it killed. Though her body is dead, her spirit lives inside Aella's head, talking to her and occasionally taking over, with or without her permission.
